Warranty Policy

This warranty applies to all products purchased from Accessorella and begins on the date of delivery.

Warranty Period

  • All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer laws.
  • Refurbished or renewed products include a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, drops, or negligence.
  • Disassembly, modification, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Incorrect installation or use outside manufacturer instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear (for example, batteries, cables, fabrics).
  • Electrical damage caused by incorrect voltage.
  • Software issues, virus removal, data loss, or factory resets.

When the Warranty Becomes Invalid

  • If the product has been opened, altered, or repaired by a non-authorised service provider.
  • If serial numbers, safety labels, or warranty seals are removed or damaged.
  • If the purchase receipt or warranty documentation is missing or altered.
