3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, unless faulty:

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items with broken seals.
  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return a product due to change of mind, dislike, or incorrect size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs following our instructions.

  3. Wait for our instructions and return address before sending any items back.
  4. Pack the product securely and use a trackable shipping service where possible.

6. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. This usually takes up to 7 business days.

7. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs may not be refunded for change-of-mind returns.

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately at info@accessorella.com with photos and a description. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with your legal rights and our warranty policy.
