This warranty applies to all products purchased from Accessorella and begins on the date of delivery.
✅ Warranty Period
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer laws.
Refurbished or renewed products include a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page.
❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, drops, or negligence
- Disassembly, modification, or unauthorised repairs
- Incorrect installation or usage outside manufacturer instructions
- Normal wear & tear (e.g., batteries, cables, fading fabrics)
- Electrical damage caused by incorrect voltage
- Software issues, virus removal, data loss, factory resets (electronics)
⚠️ When the Warranty Becomes Invalid
- If the product has been opened, altered, or repaired by a non-authorised service
- If serial numbers, safety labels, or security seals are removed or damaged
- If the purchase receipt or warranty documents are modified or missing
